I joined the company as a new graduate in 2017 and have worked in logistics, front office (ordering operations), and sales before currently mainly handling system management and development. TOHO has a stance of "letting inexperienced people try various things," so being able to experience different job types allows us to view each department from a bird's eye view and develop into personnel who can actively contribute in multiple areas. I believe that even without outstanding abilities, people who can handle a wide range of tasks competently are valued. Being able to work in an environment where it's easy to become such a person is one of TOHO's strengths.

I give my all to both work and personal life!

I transferred to the DX Division without prior experience from a sales position, and I am currently working as a chief. There is an environment where anyone can take on challenges regardless of age or experience, and for someone easily bored like me, being able to take on new things daily is the charm of this company. When I got married, I transferred from the Kansai Branch to the Kanto Branch, but because there is an environment where flexible work styles are possible, I was able to start my new life with peace of mind. Besides me, there are many employees who have experienced transfers according to their lifestyles, and I think this is a very comfortable workplace for women! Traveling is my hobby, and paid leave is easy to take, so I travel domestically and internationally several times a year. For my wedding trip to Hawaii, I was able to take a 10-day long vacation combining special leave and paid leave. I am grateful every day for this environment where ease of work and growth opportunities coexist. I want to continue working positively and happily in the future!

Before I knew it, here I am

At first, I started working as a part-timer with a light feeling of earning pocket money, thinking "It's easy to commute, and I have experience listing on EC shops." However, before I knew it, I was attracted to TOHO's charm and found myself volunteering "I want to become a full-time employee!" At TOHO, if you speak up saying "I want to do it!" for jobs like design production and public relations that didn't initially exist, they let you try with "Alright, let's do it!" Of course, since "making a proposal means executing and producing results" is required, I naturally came to approach work with the awareness that "self-growth is essential." I was even allowed to handle the logo design for the new company building, transferred to the DX Division which is full of company spirit, and my days of loving TOHO continue.
