Front Desk
A specialized role that can only be experienced here
Automobiles are composed of approximately 30,000 parts, but different parts are used depending on each vehicle model. The work of identifying and guiding customers to the parts they need is a specialized role that can only be done here.
Operations
Work where you can fully utilize your PC and English skills
In addition to parts orders to Europe, Asia, America and other countries and import operations, we also handle domestic and overseas suppliers. Data management and operational improvement are important work to ensure smooth in-house operations.
DX
Promote DX to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
This is the department that promotes digitalization within the company to improve and optimize operations. We support enhanced productivity and new value creation across the entire company through IT utilization, including core system operations, digital management of inventory and order/shipment, business improvement through data analysis, and support for web and EC operations. Prioritizing the field first, we work in cooperation with all in-house departments to build stronger organizations through digital technology.
EC Shop Manager
Manage page production, customer acquisition, marketing, and promotions
The main focus is online shop operations and management. We also conduct web marketing, information collection, planning, execution, and analysis. You will also develop creative skills such as product photography and image processing. Since your ideas directly contribute to work, you can always feel motivated.

Volkswagen official dealer business. New and used car sales positions including store managers, sales associates, assistants, service advisors, and service technicians. Your role is to walk alongside customers' car lifestyles and provide optimal proposals.

As the point of contact for visiting vehicle owners, you handle a wide range of work including vehicle inspections, maintenance, repair of failures, and accident response. During conversations with owners, you listen to the vehicle's condition and issue work instructions to mechanics. By providing advice to owners as a car lifestyle supporter, you will bring them genuine joy.
Service Technician
Protect vehicles with technology, knowledge, and experience
Handle a wide range of services from vehicle inspections and maintenance to unexpected troubles. Using Volkswagen-exclusive diagnostic equipment, we identify the cause of failures and conduct repairs. For the five advanced technical areas of engine, electrical systems, and others, you receive a specialist title in that field upon mastering each one, and can aim for the highest ranking of Technical Master by mastering all five fields.

A department that comprehensively manages products from receipt to shipment and delivery. Product management, inventory management, material handling, packing, and delivery are coordinated by staff members handling each process to realize efficient and accurate logistics.
3PL Service
Provide comprehensive logistics outsourcing services
A service where you can entrust the entire logistics operations of customers to us. We efficiently manage all processes related to logistics from receipt, storage, picking, packing, to shipment arrangements. - What kind of work do you usually handle?
- I handle front desk operations. The work includes quotations and order processing for parts inquired about by customers via phone, fax, LINE, and web. Among these, I focus on phone inquiries. I am conscious to answer phone calls more quickly and frequently than anyone else and communicate with many customers!
- What is interesting about this job?
- Being able to talk with various customers every day. As I take more calls, customers start to remember my name, request me specifically, give me compliments, and have casual conversations. I deeply feel that I'm building better relationships with customers, while at the same time experiencing fulfillment and joy in my work every day.
- What advice or message do you have for those considering applying?
- You can take on many challenges and grow! Work in multiple capacities! Dedicated support from senior colleagues! I believe these are the charms of TOHO. Challenge everything!
- What kind of work do you usually handle?
- I handle both front desk operations and sales. At the front desk, I mainly process orders and shipments of parts that customers inquire about daily and respond to various inquiries. In sales, I follow up with customers, provide support, and acquire new customers.
- What is interesting about this job?
- Being able to have various conversations with customers. When you build good relationships, customers sometimes say 'Please, Tsuri' instead of just 'Please, the assigned person.' I feel that customers trust me and become more responsible and committed to my work. And most importantly, when I receive words of gratitude from customers, I feel an irreplaceable joy and fulfillment.
- What advice or message do you have for those considering applying?
- I'm in my first year of employment and am still learning about cars and the industry. There are many veteran employees with abundant knowledge and many senior colleagues close in age, so whenever I'm in trouble, I can consult about anything and work without anxiety. Also, I have been allowed to handle sales from my first year and have experienced and been challenged with various things. - I handle a wide range of work including vehicle inspections, maintenance, repair of failures, and accident response. - What kind of work do you usually handle?
- I am mainly responsible for inspecting and packaging large products such as bumpers, doors, and hoods. What I particularly focus on is inspecting and packaging sheet metal products like doors and hoods. By viewing from various angles, I can find many damages such as dents and scratches. I also strive to provide accurate and neat packaging in my daily work.
- What is interesting about this job?
- I thought I was someone who liked cars and knew parts fairly well. However, since I started working at Thonatik, I have learned about tens of thousands of parts. Parts that I didn't understand at the beginning can now be identified by their product names, and I have become more knowledgeable about car parts, which has made me even more interested in and fond of cars.
- What advice or message do you have for those considering applying?
- I joined through a referral system called Referral. Warehouse work was my first experience, and I didn't know left from right, but whenever I didn't understand something, Thonatik's seniors explained it to me carefully, and I am growing every day. Even people like me who have no warehouse work experience or don't know much about cars can work as a valuable member of Thonatik's team.
