I feel this is a rewarding position where I can interact with various business partners and internal departments and experience the entire distribution process. When facing new challenges or problems, it's always the help of people around me that leads difficult cases beyond my limited abilities to resolution. Whether it's a person in charge at a distant overseas business partner, a colleague, or sometimes a close friend... I try to value communication and gratitude in both work and private life, cherishing connections between people.

If logistics stop, corporate activities also stop. A sense of responsibility for being involved in such important work. The challenge lies in how to cooperate with stakeholders. Since business operations and time flow differ by country, unexpected events can affect schedules, but through this work, I've developed the ability to handle any situation calmly. I feel it's a job where enjoyment increases the more experience you gain.

We are working to build a system that better meets customer needs by striving for close cooperation with many domestic and foreign suppliers. We also serve as a foundation for delivering products correctly and promptly to customers by organizing various information related to procurement and inventory management and communicating it correctly to each location. In all operations, we accumulate small daily improvements and systematization using a wide range of IT tools to improve quality and efficiency. By continuing these efforts, we aim not only to strengthen our foundation but also to create an environment where limited time can be used more effectively for value creation, building a system that makes customers think 'I'm glad I bought from this company,' and contributing to the realization of even richer and more exciting car life for our customers!

After graduating from university, I left my home country and lived in multiple countries, experiencing various cultures and values. While I was sometimes confused by language and custom differences, I was more often moved by the warmth of human connections and commonalities within diversity. Through these experiences, my desire to 'become a bridge between different cultures and be a presence connecting people in a global environment' grew stronger. Having always loved cars and driving, when I was able to join TOHO Holdings' import team, I felt my dream had taken shape. Currently, I feel great satisfaction in deepening multicultural exchange with colleagues while connecting with the world through the automotive parts business. I think this job is not just about handling foreign car parts, but part of a journey connecting the world, myself, and my colleagues.

I'm responsible for accounting operations for TOHO Automobile and World Parts. Accounting is delicate work dealing with numbers and an important role where mistakes are not permitted. Therefore, all team members value approaching work with constant caution and care. I want to continue being a presence supporting company trust through accurate and honest responses. I also strive to create an environment where everyone can grow by always challenging new things rather than just doing assigned work, and where consultation is possible regardless of position.

Until October 2023, I was responsible for TOHO Group logistics as part of the logistics section. From November 2023, I was assigned to accounting operations as a new challenge. Although I had no accounting experience, I'm grateful for the TOHO Group environment that allows challenges if you have the enthusiasm to try. I consider it an important role supporting healthy company operations, but since I'm doing it, I'll look not only at daily numbers but also at operational flows and backgrounds behind the numbers, and work on improvement and efficiency proposals. I aim to continue learning and become a trusted accountant both inside and outside the company.
