My role model is Yoshitsugu Otani. "The stronghold of a general lies in virtue. Where there is virtue, the world returns to it." I believe that small connections in the business world will become returns to my future self, and I am growing through the environment where I can meet people from various companies. Currently, my goal at work is the complete independence of the human resources department within the group. I believe that recruitment is the most important issue for companies going forward, and I am working to give back to stakeholders through continuous recruitment.
