3.We comprehensively consider customers' knowledge, experience, financial status, and purchase objectives regarding products, and strive to provide explanations that align with customers' intentions and actual situations so that they can select appropriate products.

4.For investment products that are significantly affected by market trends, we strive to provide appropriate explanations about the content of risks.

5.When selling products, we fully consider the time, place, and method from the customer's perspective.

6.We handle customer information appropriately and manage it strictly.

7.We strive to use customer opinions and requests as references for product provision.

8.In the event of an insurance accident, we strive to provide appropriate advice when filing insurance claims.

9.From the perspective of preventing fraudulent acquisition of insurance claims, we strive to sell appropriate products by properly determining insurance amounts.
